Calligraphy is the art of creating beautiful and decorative handwriting or lettering. It's a skilled practice of creating artistic writing with special pens and other writing instruments. 

Calligraphy differs from handwriting in that  it is made up of deliberate, controlled strokes that form letters and symbols with various stroke weights, specific proportions, and flourishes. 

In today's society, where everything is mass produced and automated, a personal touch can make all the difference. If you want something unique to elevate your special day, adding custom calligraphy can help make your details pop and also add that wow factor that will have your guests talking long after the wedding!

All calligraphers have a specific unique style, and I am no different. You can see my gallery and instagram for examples of my work, and see if my style would be a good fit for your needs. Keep in mind, my style is always evolving, but I will do my best to always update my portfolio to reflect that! If my style is not what you are looking for, there are other calligraphers out there who may better match what you want. But if you do like my work, I would love the opportunity to work with you! 

I don't believe in hard rules, so if you want to change something up, or if the pricing is just not in your budget, but you would love some personal touches to your wedding, I am happy to work with you. 

I offer the following types of calligraphy services but not limited to: teaching modern calligraphy workshops, live event calligraphy (including engraving), wedding calligraphy, and bespoke calligraphy. I also create custom calligraphy digitally that can cut costs and be a more convenient option if you are not nearby.
